STAFF & TEAM LEADERS EMPOWERMENT WEEK:
CLA WEEK 4
Throughout the week, the team leaders and staff were equipped with fresh knowledge and skills in preparation for the upcoming two weeks of intensive training in Davao De Oro of 50 leaders from different partner churches and organizations.
Sessions included “Servant Leadership”, Human Trafficking training, “Effective Facilitation” and other topics designed to equip the team to lead with confidence and competence.
The week concluded with a powerful worship and commissioning ceremony where key leaders prayed over the staff and team leaders affirming their roles within CLA.
DAVAO DE ORO LAUNCH: CLA WEEK 5
50 leaders (ages 18 to 35) arrived from all over Mindanao for the opening ceremony looking forward to an intensive two weeks of meaningful learning, fellowship, worship and fun!
CLA blends study, praise, worship, devotions, team building, competitive games, fun activities and practical training designed to empower each individual and holistically enhance their leadership skills to effect change in their generation.
BECOMING EXEMPLARY LEADERS
CLA’s mission is to empower students as leaders holistically to be physically active, emotionally balanced, and spiritually connected with God, developing resiliency skills in spirit, soul and body.
This year’s Catalyst participants were equipped for personal growth and prepared to tackle practical challenges. CLA included sessions such as “Personality Test” “Love Languages”, “Emergency Response” and “The Mind of Christ”.
Hands-on activities and team building games fostered resilience and unity. Powerful worship uplifted participants with joy and strength while prayer and ministry sessions brought healing and freedom.
As students neared graduation time, they shared their memorable moments and testimonies from their CLA experience, reflecting on the impact of the program in their lives in leadership ability, personal growth and spiritual advancement.

A beautiful transformation happened throughout CLA and we saw Paz blossom!
Friendly, excited, participating – even leading – and speaking in front of others without hesitation.
God moves in mighty ways in the lives of our Catalyst students revealing His unconditional love, joy, peace, freedom, forgiveness and power! What a beautiful thing it is!
