On December 22nd, a Christmas outreach at the local school was conducted. About 100 students received a gift and the good news of Christ’s birth was shared with them!
The next day, community children were invited to the church for a Christmas program including gifts and games. Over 100 children attended, and our Living Pearl kids were a part of the musical presentation to the community.
On Christmas eve, our kids at Living Pearl enjoyed a special dinner and then on Christmas morning, each one awoke to find a wrapped gift with their name on it under the Christmas tree! What a joy it was to watch the excitement in their eyes! In the evening, a festive concert prepared by the kids themselves was held and the staff of Living Pearl each received a gift.
It was an opportunity for the children to personally thank each staff member for their ministry and it was very special for both the kids and all the staff.
