About
An annual intensive 5-week Bible, leadership and personal development training for emerging leaders. CLA provides theoretical and practical learning experiences that aim to grow students intellectually, emotionally and, most importantly, spiritually in all aspects of their leadership.
We endeavour to be a strength-based organization where emphasis is placed on growing in and working from our individual and organizational strengths while helping others to discover and grow in their strengths. We equip both adults and youth in Christian ministry with dynamic leadership, ministry, and leadership training and education.

Leadership
Catalyst focuses on developing both practical and spiritual leadership skills. Our adventure leadership course prepares students to lead Conquest camps by teaching communication, briefing and debriefing, running effective activities and team building.
Service
At the core of an excellent leader is a heart to serve. Catalyst emphasizes this quality by teaching students to serve both in the front and behind the scenes with an attitude of love and empowerment.
Freedom
We devote a whole incredible week to ministering “freedom” where lives are forever changed through encounters with God’s love and presence. Hearts are healed, strongholds broken and truth revealed resulting in increased peace and joy!
